Exclamation Early Signs of Test Flu: What To Do???

I'm starting to get shivers even though it's warm (fever coming on?) and some unusual achiness and a slight headache.

Never had Test flu before but are these the early signs? Do you pretty much treat it like a common flu or is there other protocol that you follow?

You just have to ride it out. I had it this past weekend and now i feel great. If it is test flu it should go away within two to three days. Just make sure you keep eating and make sure you rest. I would also take a day or two off from the gym, depending on how you feel of course.
