But on at quick glance... the cycle is poor
Deca for 5 week is pointless. It doesnt even reach stable blood levels until week 6 or later
Also, 200mg is pointless unless your an older lifter and using it for joint relief. Even then it would be better ran at 300 for that use.
Nolva only for PCT??? Crappy
Do some more research

10 wks of Enth isn't a great idea either, it's not like Prop, and is better at 12+ weeks.
Take your time and do some more research.

hey guys sorry for the late reply
kind a busy this week
what if change my cycle like this
Test .enanthe 1-12 per week 300mg
deca 1-12 per week 100mg
winstrol (depot) 1-8 week eod 1cc
firstly my plan i just want to take deca and winstrol but seems like deca will get the penis go limp so i add some test to prevent it.
pct done after 3 week last inject of deca.
my goal is just for cutting
currently i'm on my pct right now and its on the way to fisnih at the end of this month..
i already done 2 cycle of bulking.
first cycle i took test prop + deca 300 perweek done 12weeks
second cycle i took test enanthe 250mg + eq 50mg perweek done for 12weeks
seems from those cycle i gains some muscle
So this is first cycle of cutting that i will plan for the next month
i need to loss a fat.
currently
i'm on my diet..clean diet
everyday i'm on cardio everyday 30 to 45 minutes
this my bio :-
age :23
height : 5 feet 10inch
weight : 190lbs
bf : %?(mybe around 19
goal :need to lost tone of fat and look ripped and hard muscle
traning : 1 year +
so any comment of my cycle?
or need to change the dose that should i take to make it more interesting and effective
need help of you guys...

Agree 100%. If he doesnt know that you need to run Test longer then Deca then he didnt do research and shouldnt be on any type of cycle.

This is not my board and I am not involved in the admin,
However I am a member and would miss this place if it changed to much or dissapeared all together. DM7 comes aboard and asks to remove lab names and requests stats, no doubt he suspects with a second post of this nature that the user is too young and inexperienced to be using AAS. Then a couple of members come aboard and say he should use greater quantities for longer periods. Then the guy posts stats and sure enough he is too young and appears to be on his third cycle in a year, and while some come on with great posts telling him to not cycle, seek medical advice on his health etc. others are still on the more, longer and use tren and test approach..
I don't mean to sound like a prick, but this guy really needs to step back from the plate before he gets beaned with an inside curve ball..at his age as he reads these other well meaning explanatory posts, instead of seeing them as posts about AAS, he is likely to adopt them as what he should do. Instead of understanding its just members wanting to post thier knowlege on AAS. Believe me its all I can do to keep from posting cycle suggestions as the little bit of new found knowlege in my tiny head is just dying to be posted but if I can restrain myself anyone can
Anyway rant over, sorry for stepping on toes.

It happens all to often that a guy comes on and asks about his cycle which Is usually too many mgs or not enough mgs or too many compounds. a guy whose older and more experianced can tell the cycle was put together by someone who is clearly unknowladgable or too young and tryies to get stats from op and before op can respond, he has 3 guys putting a cycle together for him and 6 posts later op says by the way my stats are
