    new to this ..

    i wanna start using deca and dbol together...i can spend 3 hours a day in the gym will i see good gains and will they stay im 511 and weigh 175 i wanna get to 200 lbs

    You have some SERIOUS learning (and probably aging) to do before touching anything.

    Visit the diet section.
    You can get thos gains without AAS, but if you got your heart set on it.... do at least a few months of hardcore researching.

    Whats your PCT/AGE + full stats.

    in my oppoinion 3 hrs is too much n the gym anyway , i only spend 70 min in the gym working at high intensity resting only 60 sec. between push pull supersets
    you need to eat eat eat eat as much as you can and do alot more research,your too anxious about getting started take your time its a long process it doesnt come overnight

    18 is mad young to be messing with steroids , tou will more than likely screw your body up and have the worst best years of your life. Please reconsider, stay natty and train your ass off, eat a ton and be 200lbs soon enough...gauretnteed.
    You have to dedicate yourself with or without steroid . Hang around the diet section and learn how to eat
