Im new guys.. Please need some experienced help asap!!!!
hey guys so im new to the forum.. thought i could use some help.. i have been training for a few years now and decided to start a first cycle and i have done a lot of research..
Stats:
Age 23
Height: 6ft
Weight: 210lbs
Body fat: 21-22%
So i wanted to start my first cycle tomorrow and it was going to look something like this:
Weeks 1-10: Test enanthate 500mg/week (inject 250mg monday and thursday)
Weeks 1-12: Arimidex 0.5mg Every second day
Weeks 13-17: PCT with nolvadex .. first 2 weeks 40mg/day then 20mg/day for last 2 weeks...
What do u guys think of this cycle???? i want to try and gain some lean muscle however my bodyfat is a bit high so i want to keep that to a minimum and maybe do cardio after each weight training session for 20mins
i want to do a 5 day split which looks something like:
Monday- Back/traps
Tuesday- Legs/calves
Wednesday- Chest/abs
Friday- bis and forearms
Saturday- Shoulders/tris
Thursday/sunday- DAYS OFF
I would do about 4-5 exercises for large muscle groups.. 3 sets each exercise about 6-8 reps to failure.. about 3 exercises for smaller muscle groups 3 sets each again 6-8 reps to failure...
My diet is ok.. not the best which i know i have to clean up.. eat about 6-7 times a day and try to get at least 40grams of protein in each meal- from whey or whole food.
So what do u think of this cycle and my training routine and cardio??????
Any advices is much appreciated!!!!

Your not going to enjoy this cycle I know you have put alot of research into this but ur body fat is high which is bad while on a cycle urgains are not going to be clean and there are more chances of side effects with a high body fat. The right thing to do is to work on your diet drop down to 14 percent body fat and reconsider the cycle. I'm not being harsh mate but u don't want to jump the ladder cos if u fall you might not be able to get back up

Cut your BF in half first, then worry about getting bigger.
If you disagree, please post some pics, since BF tests are usually inaccurate. Hell, I was just told by one of those hand-held electronic testers that my BF is 18%, even though I have veins showing on my lower abs! lol

Cycle looks ok, Pretty basic beginner cycle anyways! Some people would say 400mg a week is enough. And as the others have said drop your BF.
Also with your training, try and make your chest day and shoulder day as far apart as possible. You use some muscles from the shoulders when doing chest and you use triceps in both. So maybe do your chest on a Tues and your shoulders on a Fri. And you can get it down to a 4 days split if you train biceps with back, you use your biceps quite a lot while training back anyway. But if you think its working good for you ATM then stay how it is and maybe switch it up in a few months.

need help
thanks for the help guys.. appreciate it.. i actually took my first injection today.. i know i should have dropped my BF first but i just wanna get started and hopefully lose some body fat over the next 4 weeks while i wait for the test to kick in... what u think is the best way to lose this bodyfat? im cleaning up my diet.. when should i do cardio?? and for how long???
Also is the nolvadex alone enough for PCT or should i add something else???

Mate just don't take any more shots ur chances of getting gyno with that body fat is high, I really don't think your readyfor this, you don't have a clean diet or a good workout program mate just hold of for 5 month and work ur ass of to drop that body fat and u will love this cycle
