Build muscle AND lose fat
I have everything I need to start my first cycle, I'm going to run test cyp. at 500mg/week. and Arimidex at .3mg/eod. I also have nolva and clomid.
My question is
Is it possible to put on a good amount of muscle while losing bodyfat during this cycle?
I know that its my first cycle and I should try and gain as much as possible off of it, but I already have some good size and I'll sacrifice some size gain for a little bodyfat reduction. That and I hate bulking because its 10x harder for me to cut the fat back off.
I'm at around 14% bodyfat right now, my goal would be to pack on some muscle in my legs and be at around 10% bodyfat. how possible is this?

Diet will have alot to do with it....in reality, I've found that either your gonna build muscle or loose fat, not both, however it's still possible but your muscle gains might not be as great. Well, there is a way....Its called trenabolan.

I would not recommend tren JDB3, espically if its his 1st cycle thats wreck-less.

JDB3- I am wondering why you would recommend Tren to a first time user? there are many reasons against this. I am open to new concepts, please advise. If not

yea, I don't want to use tren (not yet at least)
Im 24 years old
6'2"
205 pounds
im around 13-14% right now(maybe lower)
I've been training seriously for about 6 years

its all in the diet bro.Stay away from tren .Thats 4 later on down the road.Good luck.

Thanks drag, you may consider waiting another year before cycling. However if you decide to keep with the Test cyp you will see very good size and strength. the dosage for a beginner should be a little more mild in my opinion. 500mg weekly is the max recommended. You may consider dropping to the 250-300 mark for a nice beginner cycle. The key to what you are looking for is to lift heavy and eat clean!
