they were cycles. Obvious really!

I've read such great reviews of short cycles! Get in hard and hit the receptors fast!
What's your reason for saying they are a waste of time slumdog?
Have you tried any? What results?

Without seeing the original plan, it's hard to critique.

But in general, I'll say this, when properly executed, short cycles (no, they don't have to be "heavy" either), are for me the best way to add LM.
