HELP PLEASE, TIRED of no results
ok so i was reading about all these people experiences, and it made me want to start a thead to try to get some help, any CONSTRUCTIVE!! help will be greatly appreciated.
I'm a 22 year old college student who works out in the AM and PM 4-5 times a week, i been weight training since i was about 12, but got into it when i was 15, my genes are not the best, i have what you would call the middle body type not fat, not skinny, but in between, anyway i work out pretty much since i was 15 5 days a week and in high school i was the strongest kid and had the biggest build, now that i train even harder it seems that i was stronger back then and looked better than what i do today, at this point im tired of working my ass off day in day out with no satisfying results, so im looking to the next step and hoping to continue working as hard or even harder like 3 a day work outs 5 xs a week, but pretty much what im looking for is a steroid that will get me lean muscle and help me retain it, again I'm new to this so any help would be appreciated, as i never taken any products and im deffenitly looking to start taking something that will provide long lastning results as well as to see them quick.
i should mention my diet is pretty good, ofcourse i cheat on the wekends, but for the most part i watch my eating when i work out, i weight between 198-202lbs and my heigth is 5'10", i do not do much CV and i know it plays a major part in working out, but yeh there it is please help me.

Your diet is "pretty good" you cheat on weekends "29% of the week" and you do no cardio. There is your answer, not a steroid .

what i mean by "pretty good" is i only eat healthy foods, and proteins, no fats or very little and no sugars(except for juice 2-3 a week), as for the weekends what i mean by cheating is i drink beers i would say 8-10 friday and sat so i still dont think is too bad, i eat helthy on weekends too, i know about the cardio which i mention before, but im decided on taking steroids and like i said i would like "constructive" advise to guide me on the right track on the steroid (s) that i need to achieve a bigger ripped body, i keep reading about all these different kinds of steroids but their is so many that i feel like i still have my V-card when it comes to this stuff, which is why i created this thread.

dude diet is by far the most important part of gains, followed by training and rest. steroids only make up a small percentage of the equation, fireguy gave you constructive advise its just not the kind you wanna hear and at 22 i dont think anyone is gonna offer more than diet and training advice...sorry bro

So you have ONLY 8-10 beers on friday and saturday and you dont have sugar except for juice, and have no fats. Those are 3 potential fatal flaws to progress right there. I have a feeling if you were to post your entire diet we would see why the lack of results. This is meant to to be "constructive" too BTW.

pre-breakfast-
half-milk and outmeal
2 fat-free cheese sticks
orange or banana
protein shake
(black berry or orange juice) every 2 days or so
post-workout breakfast-
protein shake
penut toast on wheat
gatorade bottle
noon-
cheese stick
lunch-
chicken breast, brown rice, and letuce with olive oil, protein shake
afternoon snack-
cottage cheese, carrot or tomato
pre-dinner-
1 egg white, penut butter toast on wheat, NO shake
post-dinner-
1 egg white, handfull of berries or grapes and protein shake.
let me know what i need to take out and what i need to supplement in. thanks

There is not a single meal in there I would leave in. To be completely honest the entire diet is a disaster. If there were just a few things needing to be changed I would make the recommendations but you are in need of an entire overhaul. The best thing you can do is head to the diet section of the board and start reading stickies and other threads. Once you get a basic understanding post another diet outline and listen to the advice given to you.
There are no steroids or supplements that are going to overcome the nutritional deficiencies in what you are eating right now.

i like how you just go into bashing it, not even asking what % body fat i have and how my workouts are wether they are for strenght or muscle gaining.lol funny how i got that diet from where they have preffesional trainners and here you are trying to tell me that is wrong, and so far is the best diet ive done by gaining muscle and losing fat, lol is hilarious i know this would happen some one wanted to sound like they knew everything and they dont here is the link and maybe you need to dobble check your diet, and im guessing thats why your on steroids lmao.
maybe i dont want your help or "cosntructive advise" anymore. thank you though.

again im not trying to be a dick or anything, but again i didnt come here to start a thread about a diet plan or cardio, or how to work out, i know all of these, i am here because i want advise on a steroid (s) that will give me a cutting edge on lean mass and muscle gain at the same time. all i want is advise towards a steriod nothing ulse as i believ i am in top shape as i will get with out steroids .

202lbsand 8% huh? Then who is that in the picture you posted? Sorry you are taking things personal, everything I have stated was in a respectful manner. The only issue is it's not what you want to hear. As far as me knowing everything, far from it but I know a hell of lot more than you. Now take your chunky fat ass back to bodybuilding dot com and maybe they will feed your ego as it seems that's what you are after.

Let me try again,
Cheese sticks, Peanut Butter, Fruit Juice and 16-20 beers on the weekend are perfectly fine. You dont need to do any cardio either. Dude you are massive. At 202lbs and 8% (personally I think you are closer to 5%)you could be ready for a show in 2 weeks and you will win!! Alll you need is some winstrol , (you can drink it you know) and some clen and you are ready to kick some ass!

No need to worry about my diet now, after seeing this.
My basic egg white consumption would be no less than 10. Luckily i dont bother with egg whites no more, i just have stacks of chicken, salmon, brown rice, cottage cheese and rice cakes and shakes throughout the day. All are within 2 hours of each other and 7 meals a day.

25 isnt a magic number when you are suddenly ready to take steroids ,people just copy each other on here and say 25 here no one knows what the 'safest' age to start would be. sort your diet out compltely, and train less a week you need to rest more. then after a year if your results aint improved then MAYBE consider stedz.

Felk, I was going to add to the pile on due to your sh!t attitude, but it looks like you've come to your senses.... and have done so with a sense of humor (i'm going to assume you asked for the title and changed your location and a mod didn't do it for you).
Needless to say, FG is a highly respected member of this board and obviously knows his sh!t... his avy says it all. He would not steer you wrong and was only being constructive... blunt maybe, but constructive nonetheless.
I will echo what the others said - your diet is pretty awful, and if a 'professional trainer' wrote that for you, he should be publicly hung.
I see you made your way over to the diet section... my home... and are looking to join the remote trainer challenge. That's the best decision you could have made. Forget about gear for now, it's not in your near future, and I mean that with all due respect. My .02

I've been training for ten years professionally and every day I hear the same thing. "I cant grow" then I say hows your food intake. common answer "Oh its great I just cant gain" oh really? Day in day out. Bro your diet is lacking big time. 800cal 80g pro 80g carb 20g fat. Eat this 4 times a day with 2 shakes. The key is make this easy pre cook twice a week and ziploc your meals stack em in the fridge and just grab 4 a day and take em with you. Vary few bodybuilders get every meal without preparing in advance I'd say its almost impossible. sample recipe 1) 170g browned beef, 2 cups cooked pene noodle, 1/2 cub pasta sauce. times by 16 and cook for 4 days and repeat. 3 to 4 pounds a week prove me wrong.
