After glutes, whats the next easiest place to inject?

My secomd cycle of prop is coming up and the thought of ED injections is starting to get me thinking.

On test e i only had to inject 2x a week. When I would pin quads it was always so nerve racking for me, but for glutes it was a breeze.

What place is easier to pin after glutes?

Chest is my favorite. I cant reach my shoulders anymore.. So someone does them for me. Biceps are easy but weird feeling. Thighs and glutes.

Its not that they hurt. Isnt the chances of hitting a nerve or tendon much greater in the quads? My first quad injection I hit something and my quad contracted unintentionally.

I don't know how guys can say pinning thights is difficult but glutes is easy, I am not even big and trying to aspirate and then push the plunger when pinning glutes is a major undertaking even for me, I just can't imagine how you big guys do it. Thighs and shoulders are my favorite, have not ventured to pecs, bi's or tri's yet.

Glutes are easy? I've done glutes once but never again.

    Shoulders, quads for me.

delts and quads are equally easy for me. I pin ED too so I don't even think about it. I just jab it in like it's nothing at this point. All spots are pretty easy when u get used to it

Sciatic nerve runs through your glute and yeah there is a chance of hitting it but I'd rather hit that and get some pain put myself at a greater risk of injecting test directly into the blood stream by accident which is what ud be doing going anywhere else... especially if you choose to use your quads... Yeah of course you aspirate but if you accidentally slide the needle in a little further your aspiration has been rendered useless :-D glute easiest and best IMO unless your huge and you've lost flexibility for it.

Havent tried that yet but Ill give it a go. I use 25x1 for everything. But I do love chest. And guys, you will NEVER hit your lung or heart, those are BEHIND your ribcage and yould never stick a lil needle through that! lolol!! And even if you worry about it, then that means you probably dont have a thick enough chest to be doing them in the first place.

delts, traps and pecs. i also used quads alot but now everytime i attempt them, it hurts ALOT, i reckon it must be scar tissue causing this. i hate doing glutes, tried em on one cycle and not for me, was always painful and bloody

Everyone keeps saying they pin quads, this is kind of confusing. When most people speak about quads in general they are reffering to the head of the inner and outer vastus muscles above the knee. Do you guys actually pin the head of the vastus lateralis, or the vastus medialis ? or just the center portion of the vastus lateralis (the 8-10 inch area that spans, six inchs below the hip and six inchs above the knee). I have known several people, myself included, who have had very painful injections when hitting the upper thight (still a hands breadth down from the hip joint as prescribed ) my feeling is that this is because the shot is accidently inserted between the vastus lateralis and the vastus intermedius? Does this make sense or do you think its a separate issue?

I have always tried to just pin the vastus lateralis but if you can also pin the heads of the muscle near the knee safely as well as the vastus medialis or even the vastus intermedius this would open up a lot of real estate. I am still very reluctant to pin biceps or triceps, both due to the size limitations as well as the ease of doing permanent visual damage to the bicep from an infection.

Anyway feedback on the areas of the thigh that can be safely pinned would be greatly appreciated.

there are multiple parts of the quad that can be safely injected into. I inject into chest, delts, quads, and glutes. Quads are the most painful for me and I seem to hit nerves more often there as well.

Doesn't anyone here know about the ventrogluteal site?? I can't imagine anyone wanting to pin anywhere else once they find out about this spot.

Ive seen it before. But imo, too small of a spot where so many other areas are abundant.

With ventrogluteal your shooting the glute medius, I would stay away from medial quad due to femoral artery...but rectus and vastus lateralis are nice.

Where is the rectus and vastus lateris? Is that the upper outer area of the buttock?

I like shoulders too, but glutes are my favorite and easiest to inject.

Cannot hit glutes, therefore I don't consider them to be easy at all.
Lats are my favorite site to inject.
Quads are the easiest followed by chest Ventro glute and delts.

You guys are ****in animals. I've done one 12 week cycle and am currently running ichon every Monday and Friday. All in my ass. Needles don't bother me at all I guess I'm just to much of a ***** to pin anywhere else.

I want to pin my delts but I have big arms and wide shoulders and I really don't know how I would get the plunger down. I would have many brother help me but he's squeamish with needles. I'm strictly quads and glutes right now.
