    Can you pin the front of the delt vs. the side?

    My quads are a bit sore and I want to pin my delts but cant reach the side of my delt. Is there anything wrong with pinning the front of it? I dont have 1.5 inch darts otherwise id go for the glutes... maybe ill just have to try the traps for the first time.

    Front delts are fine. I've hit em no problem.

    If you are lean 1" for the glutes can work, again you would have to be leeaannn

    If you have a hard time reaching delts, place your hand on the bathroom counter and stand on your knees with your arm straight in front of you and relax your entire arm. This makes it easy to reach the delt.

    You dont have to be THAT lean to hit glutes with a 1". One inch is pretty damn deep no matter what muscle it is. I do 1" on everything.
