Upcoming cycle (16 weeks)
I am 30yrs, 183 lbs (83kg), 5'11, 10.2% bf
Attached you will find my new 16-weeks cycle. I will start this by 2011.
Looking forward to hear your opinion/suggestions etc.
NOTE: Dianabol are pills of 5mg

You'd do way better to put all that money towards hiring a good trainer.

i was about 150lbs with 13+% bf
all my previous cycles where shorter and ligher (5 to 8 weeks).
this is my first big cycle. this cycle already tested to one friend and the results are awesome.
soon, i will post some before/after pics of my friend so you can see the cycle results.

Imo your diet may need looking at..
However you've put on 33lbs by using light cycles, why change that? A good old test c/e 12 week cycle 500mgs ew with dbol for the first 4/6 weeks..
If you run the cycle you suggest where else is there to go for your next?
But first fix your diet, otherwise you will lose everything you've gained...

Is he the one hooking you up with the gear?
Either way, he probably just went online and copied down some advanced BBer's cycle.
Running that many compounds if you aren't preparing for a show and dieting down to 5% BF is absurd.
You don't need all that for a beach body, or whatever you're going for.

i always do ergometric exams and we build my diet based on those exams.
I forgot to mention that in my first cycle I used insuline. very carefully though. and I took lot of gain.
yes, I know that this cycle is a copy of an advanced bb cycle but I also know that someone else (one friend) already did it with very good results.
after 3 short cycles I wanted something big, in terms of time. to start at end of jan so I can finish before summer, do my pct and enjoy my vacation.
then i will be out for entire summer, sep, oct, nov, dec...
next cycle possible jan 2012.

Long cycles (over 12 weeks) are a lot harder to recover from, and they require more time off afterward (and often-times you'll stop gaining after 10 weeks anyway). So unless you respond very slowly to gear, you're just wasting gear and losing more of your gains post-cycle. I've done a 20 week cycle that was no better than 10 weeks and was just a pain in the ass to recover from.
Oh, and advanced BBers do those long cycles because:
a) they don't care that much about what they look like post-cycle, since they are only concerned about their big show.
or
B) because they never come off and just cruise between these 16 week blasts.

telling me "this is a piece of sh*t" doesnt help me. why? what's wrong?
my trainer is very anxius for recovery. that is why we use tamox+pregnyl inside cycle as well, not only in pct.
so, you suggest me to run a shorter like 12 weeks cycle?

Can I suggest you learning a bit of how to cycle even before you ever cycle and not let someone tell you how to do it. Just my thoughts

Why such huge doses of T and such small short doses of EQ and Primo?
Age, height and weight seem to indicate that the major compound you need to run is Food.
I don't think Tamox on cycle will help you recover any better.

I am as new here so this is more a question than a statement,
One other thing I noticed that no one has mentioned is running 200mg wk (I assume we is week) of prop all the way to 6 weeks out from the last cyp with 75ed of tren ? seems like since at that point you would only have the 200mg of prop for test, since the cyp would have cleared the Tren would be smashing that little bit of prop and suppressing the hell out of your system and furthering an already rough recovery? Yes/No?
If you were running this cycle to compete then I could understand that you only concern would be hitting the stage dry and hard but unless this is the goal it just seems to me that you might be better off with a less suppressive ending?Last edited by Far from massive; 12-23-2010 at 11:32 AM.
