    suston 250

    Just started a cycle of sus 250 any sugestions would be great!
    6'1 200 lbs
    i pin mon and thursday

    Due to Propionate in Sust, most on this site would suggest pinning eod.
    Make sure you have the full pct gear on hand as well as SERM and/or AI to counter estrogen sides while on cycle.

    My asvice...trust your own research. You can learn a lot from this site.

    You can shoot Sust 2 times a week.Many guys have.Just have your pct read b2 go.Good luck Bro.

    Im 27 years old, 200 lbs not sure on my body fat but could loose it.
    About a year ago i did a cycle of sus, and it really worked i was surprisd on my gains aruond 15 20 lbs of muscle, but i made a big mistake never really worked legs. I was always to lazy to do legs and all, but it caught up to me my bench is 300 and i rep 225 10 times, so time to even it out ya know! But i started my cycle and started working legs yeah its a bitch but feels great.
    i work out about 5 times a week, very light cardio maybe 30 mins probally gonna increase cause i want to get back in shape, and also plan on joinin the marines,

    This site is really awsome very good info just gota get use to where to post and all the abrivations lol

    also im going to do decca and sus when this cycle is done. plan is to bulk up first then shred.

    what do u recomand to counter estrogen? and itake that after the cycle right
