    Cardio and steroids ....

    Howdy guys and girls!

i would just like to know your opinions on doing lots of cardio whilst on Roids.

apart from the obvious problems with doing lots of cardio when on roids is that it will be alot harder to bulk as you will need to eat more then the usual amount as you will be burning alot off, is there any other more serious sides to lots of cardio?

i cant imagine there will be as professional sprinters have used Steroids in the past and also other top athletes have.

but i found an article on Trenbolone which say it hinders cardio effectiveness ''Trenbolone hinders cardio shape of the user; thus, cardiovascular activity, which is crucial during a cutting steroid cycle, is greatly diminished''.

i dont plan on using Trenbolone, i will be using a standard Test E & Dbol cycle.

one would assume on a Test E & Dbol cycle i will be fine apart from the important calories i will be killing off?

i would like to hear your opinion if you have found doing lots of cardio as a bad thing or vise versa!

    Peace

IMO cardio for heart health should always be done you should keep it moderate and keep your calories high.

However....D-bol and cardio for most people is not to much fun.

Not a bad Idea...but D-bol often gives you pumps which make cardio painful and it gives most people bloat which can make even walking up stairs I hard time.

    Have you cycled before?

Some guys still do thier cardio on thier non-workout days. It is always good to do 40 minutes keeping your heart rate no more then 130 BPM. I do this at 3 days a week while on cycle and helps me a lot.

no i havent cycled before terraj.

but i need to be able to 'comfortably' do cardio atleast 3x a week. i can fit those in between gym days i guess so should be all good

and thanks tigershark if and when i start a cycle, ill be sure to just do it on my days off.

    also ..

would it help my cardiovascular activities significantly?

do you seem to find you can go further? or run longer when on?

Cardio should always be done weather on or off cycle. If you are trying to bulk during cycle just keep it moderate.

While you are training and you have your diet and workout all in order see if you are gaining weight. If you are loosing weight then back off on the cardio.

Yes it did for me. I was able to do more cardio/ longer and after cool down had a hard pump in my entire body. Cardio is very important on or off cycle.
