Deca to aid with torn shoulder

Just wondering if a low dose deca cyclewould actually aid in my recovery?

    A breif background:

I have been training seriously for around 2-3yrs and about 3months ago I started experiencing a rather extreme 'dull' pain in my right shoulder.

I first went to a physio about 2 weeks after the pain started and was told to continue working out and it would heal itself along with them giving me massages.

Fast foward another 3 weeks and the pain is worsening so I visit my doctor. He gives me a cortisol shot and a sling and says it'll be better in 1-2 weels.

After 2 weeks there's still no improvement so he books me in for an ultrasound which reveals both shoulders have a slight tear in the subscapularis tendon.
He then tells me to take it easy and do light stretches and it should improve.

It has now been a total of around 12-13 weeks since the pain and there has been no improvement at all.

A good friend and bodybuilder who seems to know a lot about steroids has mentioned that deca may aid in my journey to recovery. Is this true? Any facts about deca and it's benefits would be greatly appreciated. I have done a fair amount of research myself but I thought some personal testimonials could be good.

    Stats:

    6'3, 192lbs, 20 yrs old.

The cycle wouldn't be for the purpose of gaining muscle, Ijust want to fix my shoulders as I haven't been able to train for over 2months -_-

    Cheers in advance
