    Opinions on first cycle

    Im 21
    140 5'7
    9% bodyfat

    Got the gear for my first cycle been lifting hard for 4 years . Have a very clean diet.

    400mgs test e (12 weeks)
    25 mg d-bol ( for first 6 weeks)

    I got Nolvadex on hand in case of gyno
    and plan on ptc 2 weeks after last injection
    for ptc i have clomid ( 100/50/50/50) and then nolva (40/40/20/20)

    Just wanted any opinion on my cycle, anything to improve or tips for first cycle
    any info would be helpful, is this a good first cycle?

    Stick to training and diet you risk causing yourself serious harm by cycling at such a young age...

    Start by posting your diet in the diet forum...

    Nice outline. Start it in 3 or 4 years after you've added some weight and gotten older. Juicing now could mess with your hormones in an especially unpleasant and permanent way given your age.

    In all seriousness though, lifting hard for 4 years with a nice diet? Looks like you could re-examine diet and training first. I'm your height, and beat those stats all natural in a fraction of that time coming up from just over 100 pounds (shitty genes, I know). If I could do it then I know you can too.

    Ok thanks for the adivice, going to post my diet to have it critiqued, i graduated a few years ago at 115 and have not been able to get past 140 for the past year or so so was looking for something to get past this. May wait a year or so almost 22 right now may wait til im 23 or so since that tends to be the concenseus on earliest to start. Just sticking to protien and creatine for now. thanks for the advice, any other supplements that could help me get past 140?

    change diet and training routine, I had the same problem as you, i took several universal products and cycled with the stak, it helped me.
    I guess test has a shelflife of about 4 years, (i just got my test cyp and its good up till 2014)
    I did my first cycle, cyp only, 500mg a week for 12 weeks at 22. Im also 5'7 but i was at 184 approx and 13-14% bf, gain more weight and wait a couple of years.
