    test prop winny cycle

    what sort of gains would a 6week test prop/winny cycle give

    been training 5 years
    age 25
    weight is about 102kg now
    height 6tf3ish
    bf is about 12%
    train 1-2hours everyday heavy

    diet will be around 300grams protein carbs only before and after workout
    pct clomid and nolva

    thinking of doing 5omg test prop a day so 350mg per week
    winstrol 50mg a day

    did a cycle of clen lost quite alot of fat on that

    might do t3 for a month before this cycle

    any ideas?

    im only wanting to put on some lean muscle
    did want to shred up on a winny only 6week cycle
    but everyone keeps sayin add test so i thoguth test prop should be good
    i just want to be lean and able to maintain the size after the cycle


    what would i be lookign to gain off this and how much would i keep

    are the doses correct

    I think you would actually like this cycle alot and probably maintain almost all of it with a good PCT. Also IMO i would try and keep your weight training to around an hour each day, hour and a half max. Most would say anything over that is OT. Also take at least one day off a week because no rest days is hard on your CNS even if your muscles feel fine. Just my opinion bro i guess if its working for you though then stick with it.

    I did a Var + Prop (200mg/wk) 8 week cycle and got really good results. Low sides and got a really dry lean look. I think winny + Prop will give you the same results.

    how many carbs and fats do you eat then? must be alot if you only eat carbs pwo-post w/o

    How long do you plan on running the prop/winny?

    doses and duration of PCT?

    i have never eaten too much carbs i get bloated easily when i eat them, not much about 50g before and after the workout
    about 40-50g of fat, i have all my bcaa. omega 3.6.9 multivitamins copper
    i have changed my training a bit dont train as long but very intense, befor ei used to do an hour shaping excercises and about 1hour powerlifting
    now i take weekends off so training 5 days only

    pct -i was reading on the forum that winstrol has an active life of 24hour and test prop is 3 days so i was hoping to start pct 4days after consiting of novla and clomid for 4 weeks Clomiphene: 4 weeks @ 100mg ed first 2 weeks, 50mg ed last 2 weeks.
    Tamoxifen : 4-6 weeks @ 20mg ed

    i plan to take it for 6weeks d7
    50mg winstrol per day and 50mg test prop per day
    or what dose of test prop would you reccomend?
    dont want to look bloated
