2nd Cycle. Hdrol
hey guys i know this is a steriod forum and not ph. so i think you guys will give me shit but its ok. Someone on bb.com told me to come here because bb.com cant have posts like that from today on. I have done trenadrol but now im wanting to lean as much as possible with Hdrol. The thing with trenadrol was that barly any of my gains like only 2lbs out of 20lb stayed with me. So my biggest fear is how i can keep my gains.
So hows this sound for my cycle?
Hdrol 60 Caps 25mg each
50/50/75/75/75/75
50's will be one in morning and one before gym
75's two in morning and one before workout
Milk Thistle 2 weeks prior to starting cycle
Cels Cycle Assist
4 Caps a day for 6 weeks.
PCT
Nolva
20/20/10/10
Lean Xtreme
Creatine
I will also be taking fish caps and multi v all through the cycle.
What do you guys think and my main worry is keeping lean after the cycle and having most of my gains STAY!
This is going to be my diet.

took me forever to write this!!!!!
should i go lower on cals because this is what im eating 4+ weeks?

Did you take Nolva during PCT after your Trenadrol cycle?

besides that it doesnt look too bad. IMHO Id run 75mg/day from start to finish and run nolva @ 40/40/20/20. I ran hdrol before but @50 mg/day for 4 weeks so I would definately up the dose a bit....
a quick comment on your diet is if you can substitute your shakes for real food except for pwo unless time is a factor; then you have no choice.
what is your bmr/tdee?? regardless, your cals should be in the 2100-2500 cals/day. just shooting from the hip here...

looks good to me except your age .these are very potent supplements.at least you sound educated on it . make sure you up your calories during pct .
