Lean Bulk on Test
So I will be starting my first cycle with test cyp. at 500 mg a week taken over the course of two injections every 3-4 days. I understand the side effects and risks of using any AAS but would like to avoid water weight and any gain of fat mass. Besides a diet which I feel I have already nailed down in planning and preparing what other areas could contribute to the leanest gains possible? I am able to have prescription amphetamines prescribed to me and feel these could be beneficial for stamina in cardio and hiit sessions but worry about the strain I know my heart will already be under on a cycle. This is my first cycle so any other aas is out of the question. Also I will have nolvadex on hand the entire cycle in case estrogenic effects start to show.

yes sir. I will be doing nolvadex and wanted to see if anyone would recommend test boosters like zma and trib for pct? Also was reading experimental studies on males taking high doses of female birth control during initial stages post cycle to induce negative feedback essentially the same way estrogen aromatization occurs due to elevated test

Don't waste your money on OTC test boosters they will not benefit you, to serm's nolvadex and clomid should be used in pct.read the pct stickies for dosing. I also think you are referring to hcg when you talk about the use of birth control. If so hcg can be run on cycle for a couple of weeks towards the end of your cycle.

at 25 how much damage could I do to my HPTA axis? By crossing into the darkside am I risking needing trt for the rest of my life? In my research over the years I have read of test being used as what is quoted as a reversible form of male contraception. That being said, I would assume that as long as moderation and proper pct are used in the course of taking aas the natural system should eventually return to baseline.

It's a crap shoot, I think if you cycle responsibly ( time on + pct = time off) and do proper pct practices you stand a good chance of strong recovery. That being said I also believe even if all precautions are met years of continuing cycles your test levels will come back lower and lower

what if I only intended to run one cycle in hopes of just being able to get where I have always wanted to be for a while in terms of strength and size? I know it's possible to retain gains with proper pct and continued training. That being said I am not sure how I'll handle feeling like a little girl post cycle

So your saying with a good pct and hard work I could retain alot of my strength and size gains after I get off the juice?
