    Hey all new to site

    Just thought I would say Hi to all. I have been reading and learning over the past year and have picked up alot. I have done a fw cycles now and went from 130 to 195. I like all my results and hope to learn much more hear and get to my goal with lots of training and time I hope to be 220 and low body fat. Hope to get to know someother people with like intrest. Thx all

    hey man, i am also a new comer and looking to learn as much as possible. I don't know if I am looking to gain as much as you are.. I am 5'11" and weighing in around 147 lbs right now. I did a very small cycle of a pro hormone many years ago and made it to 163 lbs and looked ok. I guess we will see where I look and feel comfortable whenever I get to that stage. Anyway...good luck man!!!

    Welcome best place i've found for information as well as safe information as in not how to screw yourself for life. OP how old are you? I have the same goals as well
