    New guy here need help freaking out

    I inj 300mg of test e into my quad on sat and now it really swollen and hurts a bit it's not red or anyhting i dont know how to tell if it's infected I could really use some expert input on this thanks alot guys!

    1st Cycle and 300mg of TEST? If it's not red and giving off heat I think it's just virgin muscle. I'm no expert but that's my thought. Did you take precaution when injecting?

    You should be fine, sometimes quad injects hurt or you could have hit a bad spot. Use some ice on and off. If in 3-4 days if it gets worst, then you may have a problem.

    Yeah I have read the quad can hurt more than the glutes.

    Did you swap with alcohol right before you pinned?

    Quad hurts, especially first time round. I like to avoid the site all together.

    If it starts to go red/hot, it may be infected. When I had this problem, I drew a circle around the red spot, the next day, the red had expanded beyond the circle and this was how I knew i had an infection. 3 days of antibiotics (Keflex) fixed the problem.

    So don't stress, its probably nothing and even if it is infected, its a pretty easy fix if caught early.
