    Premixed HCG (HUCOG) Storage question.

    Hello!

I have some premixed HUCOG HCG and I'm not sure if leaving it stored in a shelf inside a box for about 2+ months is ok until opening and would like someone with experience for some input on the issue. Not keeping on the fridge is preferred, for personal reasons at the moment. I am very clear that once opened keeping in the fridge is required.

Thanks, would appreciate any input from people with experience dealing with premixed HCG (THIS IS DIFFERENT FROM REGULAR HCG THAT COMES WITH SOLUTION FOR MIXING).

I thought HCG , once mixed, needed to be refrigerated. Although Ive never seen the premixed stuff before, so that could be different.

It should list storage directions on the packaging/insert. Pretty sure its fine at room temp till you open it.

Really? That's what I'm hoping to hear, although the packaging says store at 3-5C lol, but then what about shipping, source stocking, etc. so lol. Anyone else share Bonaparte's input?

As long as it's pharma pre-mixed, and not something someone mixed and then sold to you, you should be fine. It will be stable until you open it, but after that room temp won't do

If you want to play it safe, put it in the fridge. This seems like the obvious choice, since you'll have to do it anyway once opened.

It should be refrigerated. If it's not possible to refrigerate then just put it in the coolest place possible. I can't refrigerate my gear either. My wife would freak. I just constitute what I need and keep it in our root cellar. It's pretty cool down there an I have a hermetically sealed box. We do what we have to.

    Yea, it is.

So it seems it might be ok with room storage... the pregnancy test would show if the HCG is still good to go when it's time for it to be used right?

Yeah, but it will waste a lot of your HCG .

I plan on diluting it adding 2ML of bacteriostatic water since 1ML is too small to divide 5,000iu accurately without it being a hassle. And 5,000iu at 500/wk which is the dose I'm aiming for won't last 30 days! :P

    Now I'm confused.
How many ml are in the amp/vial to begin with?
I always recon mine to make 5ml total, so that 1 ml= 1000 IUs.
And what are you talking about in the last sentence? It will last 10 weeks...

It comes as 1ML premixed, there's space for at least 2ML more without having to move it to another vial. The general consensus points out that after opening, 30 days its it's expiry time, hence my comment.

It will last far more than a month.
The stuff is more stable than regular HCG , which is good for 10 weeks, so why would it only be good for a month?
