    Young?? please help!

    im 20yrs, 170lbs, 5'11..

    im wanting to know am i too young to start any type of cycle and if so please tell me what else i could use to bulk up other that things such as creatine. If there is something i could use that wouldent mess me up this early please let me know!!!!!!!!

    no, your hpta is still in development as you are still, believe it or not going through puberty.if you were to use steroids at this developing time of your body you risk irreversible damage which could lead to ed and other glandular proplems. you have more than enough hormones in your body to grow if diet and training are spot on. we have a great bunch of guys in the diet section that are willing to help, post over there and see if you can work out a diet with one of the guys. beleive me when i tell you foos is the most anabolic ingrediant we can put in our bodies..

    This might work:
    Squat, Deadlift, Benchpress, Military Press, Pull ups, Dips.

    Eat:
    6-8 times a day, high protein, medium fat/carbs.

    Sleep.

    Lift. Eat. Sleep.

    ^ the only thing I could add is creatine, glutamine, and fish oil. Hard work, big diet

    Yes your to young, concentrate on your diet and training for a few more years, build a solid base and you will be in a far better position
