    Horrible Lower back pumps

So everytime im on a cycle my lower back gets inflamed real easy. Im mean i do any sort of repeated bending over my lower back gets so pumped to the point where it hurts to bend over. If i sit down it will go away. And it only happens on a cycle. I could barley help my buddy unload this moving van because of it today. Anyone have any ideas how to stop this or something to help it out

It sounds to me like you've pulled something in your lower back and are just making it worse when on a cycle because your lifting too heavy, give your back rest for a mounth atleast and see what happens after that. a freind i train with suffers from the same thing.

Tren , d-bol, drol, lots of deca , it all does this to me. Try the taurine, try caffine, try to lower sodium. None of it works that good for me. Do it all together and I can squeeze through a squat day...

10 Grams of taurine daily..... take 5g in the morning and 5g later in the day. Drink at least 8 liters (2 gallons) of water everyday. If that doesn't solve the problem come back and post again.... should subside within 48 hours.

I get terrible lower back issues too and this works like a charm!

    Good Luck

Reduce your Dbol dosage for a few days, then increase again very slowly.

if it from d-bol, and you are only on day two, you are in for pain! May have to drop dose, and cycle two weeks on, on week off, then do the other two weeks. Also a few minutes in a sauna, and working out dehydrated gets me through squat day.

Yes, but if you have a good diet, you will be getting lots of potassium. I took 300mg/ed while taking the taurine. 150mg in the morning then 150 later.

    Good Luck
