Should I quit my cycle?
So I was doing deadlifts last week, and I went a bit to heavy with too little rest time and I think I may have screwed something up in my back (my form was fine). There is now a sore lump right above my hip left hip. The weird thing is I injected into that glute two days earlier, a coincidence I'm sure. Now I im thinking I may have to get off my cycle in order to take a week or so after to recover. My cycle is currently 400 mg test cyp every week, split between two injections for a planned 10 weeks. So far I am 3 injections into the cycle so it is still really early. Stats-
Age 23
Weight 187
Height 5'11
Years training 5
If I do need to get off the cycle, should I worry about doing any PCT?

why would you get off if it is just going to be a week of recovery? I say go do what you have to do as far as getting some therapy for your injuries and work your upper body meanwhile. Only you know the severity of your injuries though so if you feel like its going to be only a week then get a massage stretch it out and get back in there and go balls to the walls.

Should have waited to you were older, you should know your body good enough to know if you have to take it easy or stop working out for awhile. Considering you are 23 I think I would start my pct 2 weeks after your last injection.

I don't think you need to go off cycle, especially if just for a week. Just go easy on the back till it recovers.

Agree with XXBlaxen that you should have waited because you may be causing problem you will have to live with your whole life by cycling early however injuries are very annoying and if you are half passing it due to one why cycle then. Take the time off and recover properly!

Is still really early but if your just having a weeks break why dont you just change your workouts up to avoid the injury.

just because you are on cycle doesnt mean you can train super human. there is no need to come off cycle for that. just take a week off the gym if you need it, sleep and eat and let the steriods allow for some good compensation and come back refreshed for the rest of the cycle.
i still take my deloads during cycle just like if i was off cycle. i know i need them more on cycle because i can push so much harder and longer when i am on cycle. that doesnt mean its a wasted cycle that just means my body needs a break.

I would not quit the cycle. I mean injuries happen a ll the time. If it is that concerning go see a chairopractor. I see one twice a week for the last couple of months and it has done wonders for me. He gets all my little aches and pains taken care of putting those electrodes on me. Plus it just sounds cool hearing all that fluid pop when you get adjusted.
