    I would check your diet... Not sure how it works in the military but you need a surplus of calories and at least 1g of protein per pound of body weight. Really it should be closer to 2g.

    first off, your too young for steroids and secondly, you do not need 2g per lb bodyweight of protein, thts bull. im 220lb and i grow easily on 250grms protein per day, 440grms and id be storing fat
