    critiques on 4th cycle

    i'm bout to hit 4th cycle.
    here my stats:
    39 y.o./5'11/175lbs/bf = ?

    Dianabol = 30mg ED, weeks 1-5
    Test = 400mg, weeks 1-10
    Deca = 400mg, weeks 1-10
    clomid

    couple close friends gave me the ok. wondering what u guys willl say?

    what were you're other three cycles? At 5'11 and 175, I'm not trying to be a dick but you're doing something wrong bro. I'm 5'11 and my lean body mass more than 175lbs before my first cycle. Whats your diet like?

    At your stats. Being 5'11" 175lbs on 4th cycle.I would think you would be a little heavier.but I'm no expert to say.just wondering.

    Looks fine, however clomid and nolva for pct. Run the test 2weeks past the deca to aid in recovery. Also I would use liver support for the d-Bol.
    And ya you are kinda off in size with a 3 cycle history.
    Maybe you should step back and reevaluate your situation.

    Need to run HCG 2x250ui/week to keep testicular function and avoid atrophic (deca shuts down really hard) start HCG by the 4 week all way to the end of cycle. also You need to run test one week longer that deca or run deca one week short, you may wana have nolvadex in case of gyno and run nolvadex with clomid on pct. PCt start 14 days after your last pin, run clomid and nolva for 4 weeks, good luck. Almost forgot, liv-52 or milk twist for liver.

    thanks for feedback......4 cycles over 8 years. started at 150, now 175. had 3 back injuries in past 3 years so couldn't work out lost gains, etc
    have access to nolva in case of gyno.......but will add for pct

    think i should boost up Test to 500mg week instead of 400mg???

    I'd work on your diet first personally. Other than that the cycle looks good. You should also read up on prolactin related side effects and have some cabergoline on hand to combat those. Just in case

    If its been a few yrs since you last cycled and you have havent trained much over the last 3 yrs I would address your diet first and get back in the gym and build more of a base back, once you have done that no need for all those compounds, just hit a test and oral cycle kickstart.
