If you are retaining alot of water the swelling can cause a compression of the nerves in your wrist and cause numbness and pain in your hands. It happened to me but went away when my cycle finished.

I'am just getting over symptoms that you have described. I found that I was over training my triceps and this would cuase my hands to go numb on the pinky side. So for a few weeks I worked them out lighter ( as much as i hated to) and that seem to have corrected the problem.

yes it happens to me too. Make sure your hands are below your heart...... ie don't sleep with them on your chest or over your head if you are a belly sleeper. Try putting them straight down.
