Glute soreness

When im injecting in the glute I would get a "swelling / sterile abscess" that only comes when im flexing the ass.
Say I would do a 12 week cycle and its just getting bigger to the end of the cycle ending up being like a big tennisball.
Some of my friends has experienced the same thing and im very shure its nothing wrong with the injections .
But my main concern is the soreness I get in the glute its used to come like 2 days after injection and stay for 4-5 days
which is a big problem for me doing martial arts which im unable to do when my ass is so sore.
The swelling always goes away after cycle and it takes some weeks before its completly gone



So my question is what how do I get rid of the soreness (like muscle relaxers or putting something on the soreness),
how do I prevent it if possible and is it dangerouse to inject into the "swelling"
and it would be nice to get rid of the tennisball to since I dont have heard mutch about other people getting it.
