Frontloading Test E? Help please
I'm planning on running a test only cycle and am interested in frontloading to speed up process! I'm planning to take Test E @ 500mg/w but need advice on what doseages to frontload?
Stats
Age - 28
Height - 5ft 7"
Weight - 165lbs
Bf - 13-14%
years training - 6

first 2 weeks at 1000mgs per week ....

From what i've been told mate, frontloading wont speed up the process, taking a higher dose in the first few weeks of your cycle wont speed it up, it only means that it'll hit you harder when it does kick in! Try adding dbol or maybe even some prop if you have it available....

Don't really fancy the bloat you get with dbol to be honest and hadn't thought about prob as I don't know much about it? I'll do some research on it

just do a double dose the first week. this means you should do 1000mg first week.
this will get blood levels up a few weeks earlier...

Yes on the small side for lifting 6 yrs.Hit the diet section.You need to bulk up.Hit the search button for ft loading.Lots of good info on it.I believeHP did a thread on it once.

at 165 lbs and 14% bf after 6 years of training i would not consider to be a good base

Ran a couple of marathons last year so it's taking a while to pack the weight back on. I'm not planning to cycle for a couple of months anyway. What weight would you consider as a good base for me?

That is light man lol whats your training history? Mainly cardio, some weights?

Mainly cardio and light weights over the last 6 months, just started getting back to lifting heavy in the last month or so. I have been concentrating on dropping bf% rather than adding bulk before my cycle, right or wrong thing to do? Advice?

Yeah it's best to drop your BF% as much as you can before you start IMO, Have you read about PRIMING?

Yeah, read a good thread about priming by marcus300. Ideally i want to be at about 12% bf before i start my cycle, im currently taking clen @ 100mcg/day on a 14 day on 14 day off cycle. I was going to start my Test E cycle straight after finishing the clen but think i might try wait and add a bit more LBM first.
