Clenbuterol- 1st timer
Hey guys,
I am new to the world of anabolics but not to this webpage. I have been thinking and reading about it for quite some time.
I have a question about Clenbuterol (YES! I checked the other threads first!). I understand that you need to pyramid up to a certain dosage and pyramid back down. On a day that you are taking 2+ pills do you take them all in the morning or one throughout the day?
Other than that, I think I got it all down from reading the other threads. Any other quick advice would also be appreciated.
I know that you like to have stats on the person so here it goes:
21 years old
6 foot
210 Lbs.
15% body fatI have a pretty good diet, if anything I need to cut out carbs. Keep in mind right now I am trying to lower my body fat % more than build muscle.
Do cardio M-F for 25-45 minutes
Do Abs M-F
Monday- Chest and Tri's
Tuesday- BAcks and Bi's
Wednesday- Shoulders and Legs
Thursday- CHest and Tri's (Heavy)
Friday- Backs and Bi's (Heavy)

I wouldn't split on the lower tappering dosages, there is no real need to split anyway due to the long half life of it, but I notice a difference when I split my higher dosages up 2 times a day.

It is definitely a good idea to taper up but I don't think it is necessary to taper down at the end. I personally split the high doses up during the day like painintheazz, however I don't wait long between doses. Usually I take first half of dose at 6:00am and then take second half of dose at 12:00am. I do this so I don't have restless nights. You may have to experiment with your dosage schedule some. Also, you will build a tolerance to the clen so you might want to cycle 2weeks on and 2weeks off.

I intend on doing clen for 2 weeks on with 2 weeks of Xenadrine during the off time. I will also not taper off during the end of my cycle. Should my workout change any? Less weights, more cardio. Less cardio, more weights? Maybe do cardio but more of a slow and steady pace, avoiding running out of breath, more like a fat burning cardio?

Ok I already asked this question in another thread, but I would like a clearer answer. I know you pyramid up the first time, then two weeks off. Now when you go back to the clen , do you pyramid up again or just go right back to 100mcg or whatever????
Also, I am spacing them out evenly from 7am to 4pm. Is that good or should I take them all at once?

like adrenaline. It shares many of the same side effects as
other CNS stimulants <br>
like ephedrine. Contrary to popular belief, Clenbuterol has
a half life of 35 <br>
hours and not 48 hours.</font>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 50; margin-right: 50"><font color="#000080" size="3" face="Times New Roman"><b>Dosing
and Cycling</b></font>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 50; margin-right: 50"><font color="#000080" size="3" face="Times New Roman">Clenbuterol
comes in 20mcg tablets, although it is also available in syrup,
pump <br>
and injectable form. It's also available as a powder in some
areas. Doses are <br>
very dependent on how well the user responds to the side effects,
but somewhere <br>
in the range of 4-8 tablets per day for men and 2-4 tablets
a day for women is <br>
most common. Clenbuterol loses its thermogenic effects after
around 8 weeks when <br>
body temperature drops back to normal. Its anabolic /anti-catabolic
properties <br>
fade away at around the 18 day mark. Taking the long half
life into <br>
consideration, the most effective way of cycling clen is 2
weeks on/ 2 weeks off <br>
for no more than 12 weeks. Ephedrine or Yohimbine can be used
in the off weeks.</font>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 50; margin-right: 50"><font color="#000080" size="3" face="Times New Roman"><b>Clenbuterol
vs Ephedrine vs DNP </b></font>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 50; margin-right: 50"><font color="#000080" size="3" face="Times New Roman">Ephedrine
will raise metabolic levels by about 2-3 percent and 200mg
of DNP <br>
raises metabolic levels by about 30 percent. Clenbuterol raises
metabolic levels <br>
about 10 percent and it can raise body temperature several
degrees.</font>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 50; margin-right: 50"><font color="#000080" size="3" face="Times New Roman">DNP
is by far the most effective fat burner but many people will
never use it <br>
because of the risks associated with it. It also offers no
anti-catabolic <br>
benefit. Although it does have anti-catabolic effect, ephedrine's
short <br>
half-life prevents it from being all that effective. </font>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 50; margin-right: 50"><font color="#000080" size="3" face="Times New Roman">As
far as side effects, Clenbuterol's are certainly milder than
DNP's, and some <br>
would even say milder than an ECA stack. There is no ECA-style

Clenbuterol and many users find it easier on the prostate

may in part be due to the fact that Clen is generally used
for only 2 weeks at a <br>

cramps can be avoided by drinking 1.5-2 gallons of water and

bananas and oranges or supplementing with potassium tablets

day taken before bed on an empty stomach. Taurine at 3-5grams
is a necessity in <br>
minimizing cramps.</font>

can easily be avoided with Tylenol Extra Strength taking at
the first <br>
signs of a headache. </font>

Uses </b></font>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 50; margin-right: 50"><font color="#000080" size="3" face="Times New Roman">Post-Cycle
Therapy: Clen is used post cycle to aid in recovery. It allows
the <br>
user to continue eating large amounts of food, without worrying
about adding <br>
body fat. It also helps the user maintain more of his strength
as well as his <br>
intensity in the gym. Diet: Roughly the same as on cycle.</font>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 50; margin-right: 50"><font color="#000080" size="3" face="Times New Roman">Fat
loss: The most popular use for Clen, it also increases muscle
hardness, <br>
vascularity, strength and size on a caloric deficit. For the

fat loss, Clen can be stacked with T3. Diet: A high protein(1.5g
per lb of <br>
bodyweight), moderate carb(0.5g to 1g per lb of bodyweight),
low fat diet(0.25g <br>
per lb of bodyweight) seems to work best with Clen.</font>

included in the diet. Ketogenic diets do not work well in
this case.</font>

Is Clen for you?</b></font>

used in moderation <br>
before a workout for an extra quick. burst of energy.</font>

word on Ketotifen</b></font>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 50; margin-right: 50"><font color="#000080" size="3" face="Times New Roman">Ketotifen
is safe antihistamine used extensively some European countries
to <br>
treat asthma and allergies. It can up regulate beta-2-receptors
that Clen down <br>
regulates. Basically, it allows users to extend their use
of Clen for 6-8 weeks <br>
at a time. 2-3mg a day is ideal, 10mg as found in "superclen"
can make users <br>
extremely drowsy. It also increases the effectiveness of Clen
so doses must be <br>
adjusted accordingly. The downfall of this drug is its ability
to induce <br>
extreme hunger is some people, which is not a desirable state
to be in when <br>
dieting. </font>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 50; margin-right: 50"><font color="#000080" size="3" face="Times New Roman"><b>Cycling
Clenbuterol</b></font>

users that report bad side effects and discontinue use are
those who use <br>
high doses right at the start of the cycle. The worst side
effects occur within <br>
the first 3-4 days of use. </font>

first time user should not exceed 40mcg the first day. Increase
by one tab <br>
until the side effects are not tolerable </font>

MUST be used with Clen at 3-5g daily. Clenbuterol depletes
taurine <br>
levels in the liver which stops the conversion of T4 to T3
in the liver. <br>
Taurine allows the user to avoid the dreaded rebound effect
and painful muscle <br>
cramps. It's a must with Clen. </font>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 50; margin-right: 50"><font color="#000080" size="3" face="Times New Roman">Clenbuterol
should not be taken too close to a workout. It can interfere
with <br>
your breathing and complete ruin your workout. When doing
cardio, it's <br>
advisable to stay at a consistent pace and avoid HIIT style
routines. </font>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 50; margin-right: 50"><font color="#000080" size="3" face="Times New Roman">Do
not take Clen Past 4pm and drink plenty of water; 1.5-2 gallons
a day.</font>

I do the 2 days on 2 off so I don't have to ramp up again. when I do the 2 week on/off I need to ramp up because the shakes get me.

My second time taking clen I didn't ramp up, I was used to what the sides would be and could handle it. It is a personal thing.

Just wondering.......Can you smoke weed while on Clen ?
I know no drinking, that kind of defeats the purpose.

I guess so, it might help ease the CNS effects of the clen . I wouldn't recommend it though.

for the first 2 weeks OFF when i went back on i did pyramid up a little, but you get used to the sides within the first 2 weeks, but as pain said its a personal thing, depends on how your body reacts to it.
I did smoke a little, helped on those sleepless nights, just be careful tho cuz it makes AM cardio a BITCH, you wont wanna get up in the morning, and most of the time you probably wont...

2days on / 2 days off is absolutely useless with clen because the half life is ridiculously long. Since your receptors will downgrade in about 2 weeks EVEN IF you're doing 2 days on/off, you minuswell use it every damn day

Update
Hey guys,
It's been a while but I am back and looking better than ever. I originally posted my questions about Clen in March and after 2 cycles of it I have to say I am very happy with what I got. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to get shredded, as long as they take it safely. I couldn't have done it without your guidance. Thanks again.
I know you like to hear updates on how it worked so here it goes:
I lost 3% body fat the first cycle (2 weeks) and about 1% the next time around. I took Xenadrine in between to continue the fat burning.
Speaking about Xenadrine, anybody know if the ephedra containing formula is still being sold anywhere. The guys at GNC say they are not carrying it anymore. I have tried the ephedra free stuff but it does nothing after doing the real thing. Any ideas??

Stackers do have ephedra. I found them better than Hydroxycut and Xenedrine. When you get them though, make sure they are the yellow pills. Some are half yellow and half purple or blue. Those don't have ephedra. You can find them at most gas stations and truck stops.
