Does smoking affect " gear"
Ok heres the question. Does smoking cigarettes affect anything when using gear? I tend to smoke occasionally. There was a little while where i smoked frequently but now its very much on and off.. the rare occasions I go out and drink these days, i tend to smoke which im sure alot of other people are the same way. sometimes at work I do because 80% of the people at work do too.. Like i said, its def not all the time, but occasionaly I do. btw I understand that its just another added toxin to my body that is def not needed. Its actually kinda funny that the reason i cut out the frequent use of cigs is because i started using gear lol.

Aside from blood vessel constriction, lower lung capacity and smelly fingers I can't see how it would effect steroids .
My question to you is if you take training seriously, why would you smoke.
And if you don't take training serious, why would you use steroids .

I'll spare you the smoking is bad for you speech since you're a big boy, and tell you that casual smoking, while not at all good for you, won't significantly effect gains.

And if you smoke when you drink, why are you drinking while on gear?

smoking would diminish your workouts because of the negative side effects that it carries. It is not going to effect steroids but it will effect the big picture.

Niccotine actually increases the liver toxicity of orals (or alcohol or anything else hepatotoxic) by altering the rate at which blood is pumped through the liver, so keep that in mind.

Like i said above.. i OCCASIONALLY drink and sometimes smoke.. i didnt say i did them on a regular basis.. starting this life stlye has actually gotten me away from both for the most part.. when I say going out to drink i mean a beer or 2 on occasion.. which for me is every few months.. Im sorry i cant be perfect like a few of you guys apparently are, but im doing my best. I dont think the craving for a cigarette or a beer every few months should put me off from trying to continue this life style. Also, i wasnt aware that even though i work out 4-5 times a week for 2 hrs each day, take the time to research and do my homework on steroids , change my diet and life style completely for the purpose of training to be a better me, isnt enough to consider me someone that " takes training seriously" just because i have 2 flaws like drinking a beer or 2 and smoking a cigarette every few months. Ill admit that im def not pro at this, barely even a rookie, but im trying to get to some of your alls lev. To all of you that actually gave good responses, legit opinions and didnt put me down i thank you very much. to you guys that had to just post something to talk down to me, thanks for nothing. again, im not perfect. I come here to research and to ask questions to help benefit my training as well as maybe put some questions out there that other people have but just wont ask for fear of being bashed. btw that video was ridiculous haha

i smoked regularly for 20 years, been liftin for almost 10 (sometimes serious sometimes not so much) and 3 cycles within the last 5 (not alot i know).. quit smoking about 5 months ago and just started my 4th cycle.. dude..... the difference is night and day!!! you can lift a lot more (at least i can) and train harder without feeling out of breath and drained = more and better results!!! trust me bro, quit cold turkey and after 2 months come back and tell me the difference! the best of luck to ya, i know itll be hard but WORTH IT!
