Liquid letro, liquid tamox

Getting off my cycle of Deca 250, Test-e 250.

Been having some symptoms of Gyno, wanted to be sure to bite it in the ass. My orders of Liquid Letro 30ml 2.5mg/ml just came in the mail along with my Liquid Tamox 50ml 20mg/ml.

I was wondering what I should start out on. Should both be used together? I have read that they both can be used together, but was not sure if it was a smart idea.

Also what is the dose I should use?

Well I currently have tenderness in my nips, Wanted to be more sure then anything. They are kinda puffy, but nothing crazy. Yes I'm at the end of my cycle, start post in 3 days.
