dosage questions for fourth cycle

I have masteron e and sust 250 also I have t3 and arimedex and clomid I plan on starting next monday im not sure what would be the best dosage I was told 750mg of sust and at least 400mg of mast a week and i need help with the t3 as well any suggestions? I plan on running at least ten weeks

What is your bf% like? Masteron is good to bring out the vasularity only when lowish body fat is concerned.
Don't know what you have run in the past but 500mg of sus will make anyone grow.
What are your goals are you bulking and cutting or just cutting?

Body fat is prob close to 20% Im kind of wanting to cut and bulk I've never ran sust before I usually just use prop or cyp
