dosing and syringe question

Say you are going to take 500mg of test a week. You want to do 2 split weekly injections. Your vial is 200mg/ml. And the syringes you have are in multiples of 2 (or 20mg) instead of 1/4, half, and 3/4.

Are there any problems in injecting 300mg on monday and 200mg on thursday (to equal 500mg for the week). I'm not able to accurately dose 250mg on the syringes I have.
