Help me in this
Hi all,
Am new to bodybuilding i need advise from experienced guys like you.
my bodyweight is 89KGs and height is 176 cms
i have excess fat in my body and now am thinking of using steriods
i was looking for sustanol
i just need you guys suggestions for me on the steroid which i can use and how to use

How old are you?
You don't need steriods to achieve you goal, just a good diet and cardio program.

my age is 25
then pls suggest a good diet
i was previously using decca durabolin 1 or 2 years back..

How old are you?
If you go to the diet section and post your daily diet we can go over it for you.

am 25 years old
due to hectic office schedule i get very little time for workout
and due to overweight having pain in knees

If you can't workout and you won't attack your diet your wasting you time, theses 2 things are what will achieve your goal, nothing else will.

daily after work from 8 pm to 9.30 pm i usually workout..
no noticable changes till now in my body am very much fed up.

Post what you eat in the diet section, and you have to have a solid cardio program along side a strict diet

at present what am looking is i dont want to burn this fat i want to convert it to solid muscles

Here is what you do. Stop eating out and go buy and cook your own food. You will be suprised on how much this will help you. You can either use this site for diet plans and workout plans or you can use google. My diet is easy PROTIEN. I dont count carb or calories i just eat health food that is high in protien. Do alot of research oh how to loose body fat. There are all sorts of articals out there either on the internet or in magazines.

haha.. but i saw on tv all you need to do is take steroids and you convert all fat into muscle in two weeks?? What do you mean i have to eat properly and actually exercise???

These articals might of said that but i would put money on it that they have a STRICT diet and work out schedule
