Second Cycle Advice (Cutting)

First cycle I did was last year. I ran Test E 500mg/Week for 10 weeks. Pct week 12-17 Nolva.
Im going to down south first week of May and wanna start a cutting cycle this week. That will leave me about 10 weeks to run this cycle. I have a 20ml vial of Test E and access to liquid T3 when I need.
I was thinking about running
Test E: 500mg/Week week 1-10
T3: Week 4-8 tapering up and back down
Nolva Week 12-16 40/40/20/20
I still have arimidex from my last cycle which I never ended up doing.
I dont know if I am gonna need it judging from my last cycle.
Please any advice would be great thanks

^^Exactly, if your numbers are correct all you need to do is hold your lean and lose 10lbs of fat to hit 11%.

I was gonna be going with a neg 500 cal/day
Do you think thats too low while using the T3?

Training:
Mon - Chest/Calfs
Tue - Shoulders/Traps
Wed - 30 Min cardio session
Thursday - Arms
Fri - Legs
Sat - Back+30 Min cardio session
Sun - Im aiming for an am cardio session and a pm cardio session
Nutrition:
I pretty much diet year round with slight variations.
Macros:
240g Protein
250g Carbs
100g Fat
Thats about 2800 cal.
cal. will be 2500-2800 cals depending if cardio was on that day and I will be cycling my carbs. High Med and Low days.
Also 70% Of my carbs will be eaten meal one and post workout meal.
Food Sources:
Protein - Chicken, Eggwhites, Fish, Sirlion Beef.
Crabs - Oats, Pasta, Rice, Potatos
Fats - Evoo, Nuts, Fish Oils/Omegas
Sugars - Dextrose only post work out
Sauses- Pesto, Chicken Broth
Beverages - Water and Diet Soda
Supps:
Whey
Multi
Glutamine

2800 calories for a guy with 173lbs of lean doing cardio 4x a week at 30 minutes is not likely to lead to any fat loss.

well for example, im doing 75minx5 fasted cardio in morns and all ive done is dropped around 500cal per day from my bulking diet which was 3300cals
in my opinion you need to seriousily up that cardio to at least 45mins and if poss do it in the morns fasted
