    1st cycle, test cyp

    I know the standard is 500mg for 10-12 weeks. How long can I run test cyp 250mg? Originally I was thinking 12 weeks but now I want to go 16. Thoughts? Also recommendations for PCT?


    FYI just started week 6.

    Little bit too long for first cycle. Stick with ur 10-12, i think youll be pretty impressed at how a little dab will do ya...plus, itll make pct much easier not being shut down as long. IMO. What do you have for pct already in terms of meds? Also, list your stats please.

    I'm also on my first run and was wondering if hitting each muscle twice a week is too much. Any advice is greatly appreciated

    I've never seen anyone recommend going past 12 weeks for your first cycle. Personally I am running a 12-week cycle 250mg Test E and 200mg EQ. You don't need to rush things, just do a good PCT.

    PCT can be as simple as 20mg/day of Nolva for 3-4 weeks, or be more indepth. If you have not been running HCG along with your cycle you may want to do a bit of it on the first week or two of your PCT to get the "boys" working again.     First, never start a cycle without pct in hand, period. What if you were forced to end earlier then expected? Not good bro, buy pct together with gear or before. Never after!

    Secondly, its a little too late for this one but youre too light of weight to be cycling and i dont mean that offensively. You should have added atleast another 20 pounds or so naturally before using gear. Why use gear if you have not reached ur natural limit yet. Gear is to push those limits, not to achieve.

    Make the best out of it, whats your diet like in summary yet detailed?

    It may be more difficult to recover at your age. I speak from experience in this regard. Make sure you do a full pct, nolvadex will not be enough and I would consider 5-6'weeks of pct. Are you using hcg while on? This would be

    Also, three things you need to get fast: clomid and nolvadex (enough for atleast 4 weeks- go to pct section for dosages) and hcg for using through out your cycle (again consult pct section for use). Do this before anything. Order from your source asap!

    Yeah, I know...I should have gotten the pct first, rookie mistake. I was at 218 but when I really started working out hard I dropped a lot of weight. It's hard for me to put strictly muscle on {but fat is easy, lol} but I wanted to try a light cycle anyway. Mind you, I'm not trying to get huge right now. I really started eating well since I started the cycle but of course you're right I should have done that before I started the cycle to get better gains. But like you said, too late now. I'm also worried I'm not eating enough and doing too much cardio.

    1st meal: Oatmeal, 3 eggs, 2 turkey bacon
    2nd meal: Protein bar
    3rd meal: 2 Chicken breast or half chicken/pasta or rice
    4th meal: Protein bar
    5th meal: Tuna or grilled fish/pasta or rice
    6th meal: after workout {protein shake}
    7th meal: another protein bar

    I know my diet needs a lot of work and probably more real food and less protein bars but with my work schedule this is kinda all I can do right now. Let the criticism begin.....

    Criticism it is but take it constructively: This cycle is a BIG mistake!

    You should really be in the diet section of this forum getting major help on this so called 'diet' of yours. Three out Of those seven meals might be salvageable...the others are sh!t. I suggest packing up all you have and move quickly to the diet section. That is where one Of your biggest mistakes lie...the other as you know is the lack of pct.     This is a great thread. To see someone ask good questions, and then listen to the answers...well, really it just surprises the hell out of me. I wish the exchange of information always went this well.

    Tigerfuel: brilliant first four posts. And great advice from the guys.

    I know this is a useless post, but I have been genuinely frustrated with the questions and attitudes on the forum of late.
