Just new to this, need sum advice on my cycle, thanks
ThuHi people, I've done a good bit of research and I'm looking to start my first cycle...
12 week cycle
Week 1-4 400mgs testosterone enanthate weekly, 20mgs/daily dianabol
Week 5-12 400mgs testosterone enanthate weekly,
Also keep nolvadex (tamoxifen ) at hand..
My stats
6ft
186lb
I've been training for bout 2yrs now and I think it is time to start my first cycle!
Please help!

Well you need a pct.And on a 1st cycle its recommended to do only 1 compound.That way if you have a reaction.You know wat its from.

Yes I know I've got off on the wrong foot mate, I'm on my iPhone and had a couple of pages open on this forum and when I refreshed it posted it again, I am genuinely sorry, I'm really looking advice from people on this forum.

What would you recommend? Shud I just do a cycle with 8 week cycle on 400mgs testosterone enanthate weekly?? Plus my PCT

Do a little more research all your answers are located within these pages. As state sticking with one compound for a first cycle would be a good idea, so you can see how you react (since test should be a base for cycles, it would prob be wise to go with that) Then when you add more compounds in the future you'll be able to see if sides come up and know how you react to the test, and if something sprouts up then you'll know what it's from. PCT, cycle length, and suggested cycles are all located in this plethora of information on the forum. Keep in mind AS is only part of training, diet, exercise and rest are 95% of training.
