Rockie seeking some pro advise please on first cycle
Hello
im 6'0 180 about 12% bf 22 years old. Goal is to put on another 8-10 pounds of lean muscle. I have an option of running test or winnie but i wanted some advise on what is recommended first and also how much of it. Thanks for your time

22,, 8-10 lbs of lean musce can be attained by training and diet. No gear required.

If you are gunna run a cycle, I was advised to run a test only cycle for 12 weeks the reason that they say run 1 compound on your first cycle is so that if you have any side effects you know which compound it came from.
I'm a beginner like you and gunna be running a 12 week test e only @ 300mg a week cycle (my first cycle), i was advised not to run 500mg a week because i would get the same gains as 300mg a week
Im going to have loads of test left over though lol cause i already bough enough for 500mg a weekLast edited by manblue; 02-28-2011 at 12:40 AM.

Head over to the diet section, you don't need steroids you need food. Your also to young! taking steroids before your hpta full develop can cause you trouble in reaching your peak testosterone levels and you don't want to having issues in this area in your early 20's.

I've hitting up gym working out 2 muscle groups heavy, busting ass every day 5 times a week and last 3 weeks I've been eating nothing but tuna and chicken breast and I only put on 3pounds but not even all lean. Will it still affect me if I run only 300mg a week? Btw I have my liver care fish oil all that stuff ready also

Yea I do peanut butter jelly in morning with a shake, then I have pre wrapped tuna and chicken breast sandwiches that I eat about 1 or 2 ever 2 hours. Also another shake after work out

I think your missing the point here...
If your diet isn't dialed in then using steroids is absolutely pointless, all you will do is add water weight which you will lose as soon as your cycle is over...
Now once again spend sometime in the diet forum, read the stickies and post your current diet. You also need to post your current training routine in the training forum for critique as i suspect that needs working on..
You need to eat correctly and train hard for a good 2 years, build a solid foundation before looking at aas...

Post your diet in the diet section. You will get some good advice on how to tweak it.

Back to the same thing. More and more posts from guys that just need to sit back and diet/train right. As marcus300 said, your too young. Your body is still leveling itself out and most of the guys here wont give you advice unless your about 25. Thats when your body is where it needs to be, if you are still looking at using AAS.
