I don't know whose post's you are reffering to, On my post I asked what steroid I could take to have a johnson like Rocco, if adding a little levity is too brutal a way to tell someone that you can not expect to look like someone on TV by taking a certain steroid or growth then I am sorry.

As far as knocking the actor I think a lot of people may be overlooking the fact that he is indeed playing a role, whether his real life is simalar to his character is sheer speculation. One thing that is not speculation is that his income and the quality and amount of nookie he can hookup with exceeds that of 99% of the posters (unfortunately I am part of the 99 LOL)

Training legs is greatly overrated.
Have u noticed how the upper body looks better with a pair of jeans?
Also u have the option of buying slightly larger pants and using padding underneath.
But maybe most important; The skinnier the legs, the larger your equipment will appear!!!!!!!
AND....when those other guys are at the gym on leg day, breaking their back doing Squats, you are sitting by the beach (in your jeans) checking out the Ladies.

I understand your decision and def know why..I can only get in urban type jeans or sweats because my calves catch when I try to put on the expensive jeans, but brother its bodybuilding and squats cannot be duplicated as far as what they do for your whole body..BTW I wear shorts that show my big ass legs and what looks like a tiny button in the middle of it all, so yeah that sucks

I don't watch it either but from what I have seen..... Ronnie is the least Douchy LMAO! Mike "The Situation" tho..... now he's a 1st class grade A douche bag. His physique sucks too..... I just can't see what women see in him at all lol.....

I think we're splitting hairs to define who is the douchiest.

I think why girls find ""The Situation"" attractive is cause #1 they're mostly dumb as fvck. Those weird dimples in his abdomen, whatever they are, are obviously just genetic because you can see his body fat floating around it all, def not "shredded abs". Girls (and most guys that dont work out) can't tell the difference they just think he's "hot" And you can tell by looking at the rest of his body he in know way has the kind of core musculature that would present an impressive six pack. Like I said before though everything about celebrities gets amplified, so if he has a few weird crevices in his abs region suddenly he's RIPPED!!! And then all the sheep lap it up.

Get your diet right first so you can gain the weight you want to gain and then get your workout in check.
