Hey guys im 19 im 5'7 about 170 I have played football all my life and been heavily into fitness and working out. I have experimented with a few pro hormones but never really got the results i was wanting.
But quick question. What can i get on to look like ronnie from the jersey shore. that dude is huge and ripped. I just need a little guidance on what to get I dont like trying things without being recommended. help appreciated.

your to young thats why you didnt get the results you wanted you body is making enough at your age, if you never want a hard on and never want to have kids and screw up the rest of your body go ahead but your body is making a ton of test at your age all you need to do to get big is eat right and train

you need food,training, and 50lbs

steroids will not give you a certain" look" it is genetics diet and training along with alot of hard work.
please don't use steroids because you think they will give you what should achieve through dedication.

My friend was at a club in NYC called Greenhouse when the jersey shore cast were there..... my friend said he's definately not over 5'7 and he said they all look waaayyyyy smaller in person LOL.....

Man..... i'd love to get 4 or 5 of us together and do a TV show and stand next to the jersey shore guys...... I'm not huge by any means but i'd make that mo-mo look like a fidget lol

While I certainly don't look up to any of them dudes, and I aggree... if you look up to them, you might need to see a psychiatrist.... I still need to get this out. Being from NY, and having lived all over the tri-state area, I have alot of friends that dress/walk/talk like them. I take it a little personally when I hear people bashing them with no real valid points. I ask people "What don't you like about them?" The only responses I hear are... "They're just faggots, they dress gay, and they're arrogant/cocky" Judging people by the way they dress/talk/walk is ignorant. It shows your thinking doesn't leave the small corner of the world you live in. They are only 22/23 yr olds and have alot of growing up to do, as everyone does in life. I'm sure if they watched a few half hour episodes of your life, they would make fun of the way you dress and act... revealing their ignorance. But Despite your differences, I think if you were locked in a Bar or a Gym with one of those dude for a week... you'd probably come out friends (besides the "situation" that dudes an aXXhole) and see you have more in common than you think.
I understand how people need someone/something to dog on or "hate" in order to make themselves feel better about being them. I do it myself... I'm try to recognize it and correct it.
