I realize you need calories to build muscle.. but I HATE body fat!! is there a good balance? currently I weight 190 lbs at 6'2. That does not sound like a lot, but two years ago i was at 160 lbs. (marathon runner).. have been lifting for 2 years. I have gained a lot of strenght and muscle... but also carrying more BF.. What do you experienced guys do , in terms of diet, while on cycle?
