    new and need advice

    Always been into lifting and no matter what I've done and taken over the counter I've never been able to get that edge the size and cutting I've always wanted. Used deca once but all it did was bulk me up need a cycle to tone and bulk...any suggestions?

    its hard to give you a cycle with out the info d7m asked for. however turinabol , test cyp, and trenbolone will def be the substances you want to look into.

    this is a must and how does your diet look? there is alot that goes into this other then sticking yourself with a needle.

    Diet is 70% of it all. Ive gotten the most shredded Ive ever been at like 5% body fat while NOT on cycle. I kept a clean diet. That is a good place to start.
