New Here & Need My Questions Answered
Hi everyone am 24 years about 128lbs and almost 5'9 in height. I excercise on a regular basis 3x a week for about 30 -45 mins during those days but I never really see any size increase during my workouts.
I am looking to get Physically bigger and more ripped what would be a good start? & Once I Finish a bottle and see results do i have to continue taking whatever I use? I was consider D-Anabol 25 but am not sure if thats for size and rippness. I can post a photo of my body right now i just want to get physically bigger and more ripped. I'm not looking to get into body building just for cosmetic use and as well when i play pick up basketball with the fellas. Let me know what's a good start (no injections, i wont use any of that). Thank you

If you are going to take roids
You really need to do your research ! It is so important don't jump into the deep end because this is some powerful stuff.
Read the beginner guides and look in to PCT (post cycle therapy ), serms, ai's etc
A really good thing to watch in the diet section is the video links to give you a good idea there under the sticky thread " So you wanna learn how to Diet?"
another thing to consider is oral do more damage to your liver than injection.
Ive been researching for over a month now and i've still not started my first cycle yet.

Them are not steroids at the top of the page they are just named like them. Read the boards in the dieting section there's a lot of useful posts. Good luck

I really appreciate the response guys. Ok so am gonna start a very high protein diet, I'll post what I eat now in a few mins just at work at the moment

Ok this is Day1 of me bulking up and this is what I ate so far lmk if its sufficent for me to see results in 2 months.
Breakfast ; 2 raw Eggs And Cereal
Lunch; Lasagna And Salad with protein bar
Supper ; Tuna Sandwich (full can) with mayo and salad
Dinner ; Tuna Sandwich repeated
I feel really full right now lol but am trying 2 force 1 more meal tuna sandwhich before i go 2 sleep i worked out today as well for a good 30mins with heavy weights gonna do about 30 pushups and a light weight workout for 15mins before i go 2 sleep.

Ok so much wrong with this diet right here. There is a diet section on this site so head down there and get a good idea how you should be eating
As of now steroids are not the answer. You need adjustments in diet and training first as Im sure a man like yourself could accomplish so much more naturally. Do work son!
2 months yeah you be able to see results but getting big and ripped??? Its a marathon not a sprint.

I'll Upload A Pic Of Myself Give me 1 Sec...I actually was a amateur boxer so weightlifting and cardio workouts i know like the back of my hand but its the dieting that i lack knowledge of.
