    Holy f*ck!!

    So ive primed for almost 8 weeks, doing the priming/bursting method

    day 3 of prop at 150mg E.D

    did first 2 in glutes, no problem at all, just did the quad shot, and holy f*ck..... i i just got out of my chair and my leg gave away lmao!!!...

    ps i did legs about 3 hours before

    It is a virgin muscle too, any tips guys on howto minimise the pain im about to encounter lol

    Heat the gear up before pinning, cut the prop with 1:1 sterile cottonseed oil, or invest in a lot of ibruprophen...all of these help!

    It'll take a few shots but your body'll get used to the Prop. It's not fun injecting into virgin muscle. Hang in there bro, it's just temporary.

    welcome to the club. My first prop into quad pin hurt for a week. I just told everyone i killed it in the gym doing legs. As the others have said, it'll take a few more shots for the muscles to get use to it. Try pinning the delts, it actually goes in smoothly if you pin slowly.

    Yeah woke up this morning, leg is officially dead, and i have a 14 hour shift tormorrow standing..... not good, hahaha feeling the test flu coming up too, the prop was straight from a 500ml bladder, atleast i know the gear is good
