What to do...

I have about 100/10m tabs anavar and some nolvadex .....no other gear...Have not worked out in years and now at the age of 50, have decided to get back to action. I never used gear before but being this old, thought I might need a helping hand. Any ideas on wheter or not I should use these and if so, how to go about it....

Keep the anavar in a cool dry place, keep reading, Go to a TRT doctor and see if you are a candidate for TRT. I'm willing to bet you are.

Start working out
head over to the diet section and start re-designing your diet to your needs,
Go and get blood work done,
Stats?

He is 50 Marcus. But yeah get some blood work done and see if you need some trt.

I'm 50, 5'7' approx 145 lbs in pretty good health....Test levels are high for my age (according to my doc as she thought I was gearing up anyhow)...I'm also counting on muscle memory :-)---Should I just go ahead and start my cycle....? I will take the advice for TRT though thanks---Good looking out TS......
