Beta Receptor Recovery on Clen
The girlfriend and I are fired up for bathing suit season and are going to run some clenbuterol to get our final cuts down before summer. I've been doing plenty of reading and am just torn on what substance to utilize for recovery of beta-2 receptors. Should we be using ketotifen or just any over-the-counter anti-histamine like Benedryl?

What are both of your body stats and cycle history?

Touche. Right now I am sitting at:
25 years old,
215 lbs.,
6'0",
12% BF, and
Been at it about the last four years, prior to that had about two or three years at it too (injury caused the gap in between).
No cycle history, looking to run my first cycle this summer. I wanted to in the New Year, but just didn't feel I was ready. As for the girl:
25 years old.,
130 lbs.,
5'9",
About 22% BF (harder for me to estimate for women),
She's got about two years experience in the gym, and
She's got no cycle experience.
In terms of stimulants, we've both successfully run ECA in the past and were satisfied with the results.

Ketotifen works the best at 1-3 mg per day for recovery of beta-2 receptors.

That seems to be the consensus I am hearing; I suppose my biggest interest is whether or not other anti-histamines that are easier to access (per-say, AR-R has treated me well thus far) and cheaper can provide the same benefit. If I can save some money and just run to the drug store that'd be great, but I don't want to sacrifice the quality of the clen cycle nor do I want to compromise any personal health.

Benadryl is not quite as effective at correcting the receptors.

Would other over-the-counter anti-histamines fall within that same restriction as Benedryl?
