16 week cycle

Before i start this cycle is not for me and for a friend that want's to plan out a 16 week cutting cycle correctly. His previous experience with cycles is 8 neither lasting longer than 12 weeks and most have been basic. His mind is set on running a cycle this long and is going to go through and do it but wants to correctly This is what iv'e suggested to start the cycle -

Test cyp or enth week 1-16/ base for the cycle
Test cyp or enth week 9-16/ Up the dose maybe to 750mg
Hgh 3 iu's per day 5on/2 off for the whole cycle
tri-tren 150mg 3ml per week/ week 1-8

What do use guys suggest?

Sorry i took a while to get back, been getting as much info as i can although it would be easier for him to come on here himself but he is working 7 12 hour shifts a week at the moment so as asked me to fo it for him.

He started lifting when he was 13 as a powerlifter and actually held a few records from the age 15-18. Then he started using aas when he was 18 to enter drug comps but only entered 1.

I don't have each and every cycle but over the 8 cycles he has used hgh, test enth, cyp, prop, sust, winstrol , tren dianabol , anadrol , deca , eq basically all of them and thats as much as i can remember.

His current stats are

Height - 5'11
weight - 15.3 stone
b/f - 14%
