This is a very extreme case i guess...i just went through 4 week d-bol cycle 20mg pre-workout...now I'm having hair loss every day and very low libido...zero boner when i get up...din't face gyno...i cant afford a doctor

please help me guys...im on nolvadex 20mg/day

You needed to use clomid and nova if you didnt use hcg .Checkout our section on pct.Theres a ton of info on it.Good luck bro.

Continue with your Nolv. for a total of 4-5 weeks. Then wait 4 weeks, and go get some Bloodwork.
You should start to feel better in a couple of weeks.

Your hairsack has 3 roots/strands, one sheds, another starts growing.
The Dbol caused an elevation in DHT which reduces oxygen in your scalp, affecting your hair growth.
When the DHT levels subside, your hair will again grow normal.
This also happen because the males on your mothers side suffers from MP baldness, which you also most likely will suffer from later in life.

lISTEN chap I am going to try and be as constructive as possible here whilst maintaining my own intregity and being honest at same time. AAS are to be used responsibly period. The reasons for using AAS difer from person to person and I will not sit hear lecturing you or saying my reasons for taking them are more valid for taking than yours however if you truly started taking them because matey boy "took" your girl away than I don't think I have to say that thats your problem. You rushed/forced yourself into making a hasty and rash decision based on emotion not experience or knowledge. I myself have had low self esteem issuses before and probably around the same age as you but please yourself and everybody reading this take notice that decisions made based on emotion are rarely right ones. You have some valid advice above to help you recover but please take your health serious. Over the courser of your life you will probably have several girlfriends or partners but you will only every have one body. Research, research, research, thats why were all here. Keep your head up and be safe mate. I am also assuming you are residing in the US as you stated that you cant afford DR.. I myself currently reside in the UK were AAS are legal for personal use and the DR.S are free making stuations like this a little easier to deal with as I can walk into my GP and ask anything and they actually adminster injections for some of my friends. What a world of difference. and I was born and raised in Canada also where the DR.S are free so I cant speak on experience but that seems to be a shitty buzz.

OP, if you cannot afford medical care, you can still be treated as a Medically Indigent Adult. You need to contact your county public health office for information about this immediately. I highly recommend you do this first thing Monday morning. You need to get bloodwork done and you probably should see an endocrinologist.

Second if you want to get clomid and nolva, an easy source is the AR-R sponsor on this site.

And finally, kid if you get yourself out of this one, don't take any androgen again for at least 5 years. At 160lbs and 6'1, you can make some really good gains naturally. And son, let me tell you this, you shouldn't take steroids to get broads. Hell, I'll argue you shouldn't lift weights or train just to get bitches. There aint no broad worth risking your health for. If you want to train and get bigger, do it for yourself. And only use the juice after you reach your genetic potential and want to get to the next level (at 6'1 and 160lbs, you luckily got a few years before you'll be there). In the meantime study good bulking diets and better training techniques. And study steroids as much as you can.

lol, don't worry about the endo yet. You are probably fine. Finish up your pct, you should start seeing an erection in the next few weeks. If not,t hen you have to worry.

Don't worry about the hair, chicks don't really care about it. They care more about money and from the sounds of it, you're short on that.

I wouldn't bother wasting money on tribulus, it's pretty much useless.
I would try running the nolva for 4 weeks.

Did you phone your county health department about being declared a Medically Indigent Adult? This will make medical care available to you.

I feel you bro. My ex girl and I broke up after a 6 year relationship. It wasn't over another guy it was more me and my actions but lets set that aside. I'm young as well but it sounds like you reacted before thinking. Rome wasn´t built in one day.
Finish your PCT, wait 4 weeks, do BW, and take it from there.
Give your body some time to find homeostasis.
If you need a boner in the meantime due to a GF (or BF), use Cialis.

Add Estrogen and Prolactin.
No reason why u should have elevated prolactin levels from Dbol , but if u do, it can carry nasty sides like ED.
By getting free test u will also be getting SHBG.

And again, no need for BW until 4 weeks after PCT.

If u ordered from Quest, they will give you a full panel. They usually do.
But the most interesting values for u is, Total, Free test, Estrogen, SHBG, Prolactin, FSH, LH

bro those tests cost too much in UK & th job i have i hardly make money to survive properly...
so basically now when i masterbute I don't get a hard erection...its very soft and i think i wont be able to go into holes....

It can be caused by low test, high Estro or high SHBG (which lowers your free test)
Impossible to know without BW.

Statistically u should be fine, just give it time. Are u one of the few unlucky ones, u have caused permanent ED.
It may be slight or severe, and it may improve or get worse with time.
The more u focus/stress over it, the more u feed the psychological factor of ED.
U just need to relax and hope for the best.
The signals needed for an erection starts with a conscious experience through one of your 5 senses including thoughts/dreams, however the erection itself happens through the process of conditional response in your subconscious. This means u can´t "force" an erection to happen, it need to happen outside of your control. (This is why we should be careful with meeds as Viagra, Cialis......Pavlov´s Dog)
So...the only thing u can do, is give it time.
But seriously.....save some $ for BW!

Stay in touch on the board, and tell your story to new cocky 20 yo that come here and argue for using AAS.

guys been almost 11 months since i did this cycle...
I did a lil research...figured out i should have kept test as base with dbols...

So i still havnt recoverd...now im planing to do is try:

hcg 2000 iu twice a week for 3 weeks
Clomid 50 mg 4 weeks
nolva 20 mg 4 weeks

also tell me should i do 8 Week Sustanon 250 first then go for said pct...and is Sustanon 250 safer than dbol for hair?
