    newbie help!

    age 26 ht 6'0 wt 240 bf 24...been working out for 5 years...very dedicated..never have taken a cycle...want to get stronger and shredded..what would be a good suggestion on what to take and how much?

    Most here will tell you to get your BF% down to 15% range 1st. Then when ur ready run one compound of test only with PCT.

    You need to concentrate on your diet and reduce your bf before starting steroids , if you plan to start steroids while at this bf you will no doubt end up with unwanted sides. Take the next few months cutting that bf down, head over to the diet section and post your diet and lets us all re-design it to suit your needs.

    24% is pretty high and will likely lead you to estrogen/gyno issues.

    its actually at 20% but my nutritionist used an electronic bf measuring machine...he said the machine mind be reading alittle higher then what it really is
