    Talking Help with a 12 week cycle of Test and T3

    Hey all I'm gonna start a cycle around May 1st. I will be around 13%BF by then. I'm 32, 210lbs, 5'10. I'm a active runner and workout regularly. I have a good diet plan. I'm looking to stay around 205lb and around 7% BF. Can anyone recommend a good 12 week Cycle and Dosage for my Test E and T3

    Whats your bf% now??

    A standard 12 week test e cycle at 300/500mgs would work..

    But remember diet and training will be the major factor that dictates whether a cycle is a cutting or bulking one...

    I'm at about 16% because i've been lazy but i'm an active runner an can drop down quick. How about Test p and T3?

    You would need to run your test p every day or at least every other day, a good starting point would 75/100mgs eod....
